How to Book Your Charity Challenge Event

Each game is designed for
teams of 4–6 people – with a
minimum of two teams required per booking.
2. Choose your Start/Finish Location
Pick a
central location in St Albans for your event to start and finish.
This could be your office, a local pub or restaurant or a venue of your choice in the town centre.
3. Show Up and Play
On the day, our Event Host will meet you at your chosen location, provide a fun briefing, and then set the teams off on their adventure. They'll also do a fun wrap up at the end to announce the winner!

HOW IT WORKS
Quality Time With Your Team
Our events last approx 2 hours. Our Event Host will meet you on site, brief the teams and send them on their way to enjoy some fun around the town.
Whilst the teams are out, the host will remain on site, monitoring the game, ensuring fair play and will be on hand for any questions or queries whilst they are out playing.
You can start and finish your challenge anywhere - it just needs to be located centrally in St Albans Town Centre. This could be your office, pub, restaurant or a venue of your choice.
It's Game Time
After teams have been briefed, it's game time and they'll head out onto the streets of St Albans to unlock virtual hotspots and complete a range of fun challenges.
The challenges include a mix of puzzles, trivia, local knowledge, charity information and fun photo & video challenges.
Each challenge earns your team points - so whether you're cracking codes, capturing creative selfies, or testing your knowledge, every moment counts.
It’s packed with laughs — the perfect mix of teamwork, tech, and feel-good fun.
At the end of the event teams head back to the final venue where our Event Host will announce the winners and complete a fun wrap up briefing.
